Ideas for morning and evening rituals
Rituals are grounding. They allow us to be present amidst the mayhem of everyday life. These are some rituals to allow you to begin and end your day in a lovely way. Try them out and see which ones you like!
Morning Rituals
Start your day with joy! Hug a loved one or pet, dance to your favorite song, or wish a friend a magical day
Take time to celebrate yourself and be proud of yourself
Drink your favorite coffee or tea and really enjoy it
Set an intention for the day
Evening Rituals
Creating bedtime rituals and routine is an excellent way to improve your sleep -- and ultimately -- your entire life. By practicing just one of these each night, you are telling your body, mind, and soul that it is time to rest and restore for the next day. Sleep is a magical time for rejuvenation and healing. Practicing these rituals can help make bedtime even more powerful.
Prepare your environment for a restful sleep
Write a list of the main priorities for the next day and put it away before bed
