The Root Chakra: Tips for Grounding Yourself
The Root Chakra is the foundation for your life. It is responsible for helping you feel grounded and stable: rooted like a tree. If your sense of stability and security feel threatened, your root chakra could probably use extra support. Here are some times to help balance your root chakra:
Connect to the earth: go on a walk, garden, hug a tree, lay on the grass.
Use grounding essential oils: examples include cedarwood, sandalwood, eucalyptus, or ginger.
Use grounding crystals: onyx, hematite, black tourmaline are great options
Set an intention to stay grounded and connected
Taking time to ground your root chakra helps you feel more secure and stable in life. If you have struggled with anxiety or fear, I highly recommend these practices.
